Delivery charges for your item can be calculated in the product description and at check out for Capital Cities on the East Coast of Australia. If you are out of these areas within Australia, or ordering more than 1 item, please contact us to obtain a delivery quote, which we will confirm within 24 to 48 hrs.
Due to our items being large and bulky, we do our best to get the cheapest delivery rates and absorb as much of the cost that we can when shipping within Australia. Unfortunately International Shipping is not currently available, although we will continue to do our best to find a freight carrier that offers reasonable shipping charges world wide. If you are based outside of Australia, we are more than happy to work with a freight carrier arranged by you.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2 - 5 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, we will then notify you of a expected delivery date. Please note we use Courier and Furniture Removal Services, if the delivery date changes after leaving our warehouse, this is out of our control. We will provide courier tracking or driver contact number where possible to help follow your order in freight.
If no one will be home to receive your order, please leave a message in the comments section at check out of a safe place your order can be left without a signature. We recommend if you are not home to accept delivery, to either have your order sent to a family members address who will be home, or a business address. Harvest Design Living can not take any responsibilities for your order if you are not able to receive it in person.
All orders sent by Courier will be packaged in a box. When we use Furniture Removalist, we prefer to minimise on packaging and your order will be safely freighted with blankets as protection. This is great not only for the environment, but means no unnecessary un-wrapping once you receive, and you can enjoy your item straight away.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
In the circumstance your item is damaged or faulty when you receive, please take a photo and notify us immediately. We will make every effort to replace the item ASAP or arrange a full refund as per Australiam Consumer Law.
